Recently, in Los Angeles County at the Antelope Valley Courthouse our office successfully obtained a dismissal pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4 for a client that had previously been convicted of violating Vehicle Code section 12500, “Driving Without a License.”
Our client had pled to the offense in 2002 and completed all of the conditions of the sentence. Our client was hired in 2013 as a law enforcement officer and retained our office to seek a dismissal of this case pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4. Our office filed the appropriate documents and our Petition was granted!
