Great Personal Injury Settlement for Fender Bender Collision!

|

Our client contacted our office after his vehicle had been rear-ended by the defendant while exiting the I-5 Freeway. The defendant failed to yield to the slowing traffic and caused significant damage to our client’s vehicle. Our client sustained injury to his neck and lower back and immediately notice pain in his arm and shoulder.

After the collision, we assisted our client in obtaining the necessary chiropractic treatment on a lien basis. Due to his injuries, our client also sought treatment for pain management.

We were able to quickly establish that the other party was completely liable for the damage and began to form a line of communication with the party’s insurance company.

When it came time to negotiate settlement with the opposing party, we vigorously fought for our client to be compensated for his loss wages despite the fact that given our client’s occupation in the construction industry he was unable to show sufficient proof of employment at the time of the collision.

We were also able to significantly negotiate down the outstanding balance owed on the liens for treatment and our client received a great compensation for his injuries!
