Our client contacted our office after his vehicle had been rear-ended by the defendant while exiting the I-5 Freeway. The defendant failed to yield to the slowing traffic and caused significant damage to our client’s vehicle. Our client sustained injury to his neck and lower back and immediately notice pain in his arm and shoulder.
After the collision, we assisted our client in obtaining the necessary chiropractic treatment on a lien basis. Due to his injuries, our client also sought treatment for pain management.
